I just read this poem and it really touched a spot deep in me.  I have the same inner voice.  She won’t shut up.  I am working hard and failing at having this conversation with her.  She won’t listen, no matter what I do.  But i will get there, I will make her listen and understand that she is failing us both be trying to push me so hard.
